Lunch and Learn for Preston Businesses - Creating a culture of Change

Join this free webinar from Preston College.

To be able to effectively manage change in organisations is a key skill that is required in many roles. This interactive webinar will provide you with the foundation to build on your existing change management skills, offering an introduction to organisational change, exploring change management models, and techniques for overcoming resistance to change.

Who is eligible?

  • Are you employed or self-employed, live within Preston City Council boundaries and looking to enhance your leadership and management skills?
  • Maybe you are a Preston based SME looking to upskill your employees who are Preston City Council residents?

Thanks to Preston's UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF), Preston residents can access funded training opportunities and qualifications from Preston College that will enhance skills development and career progression.

This funding, provided by Preston City Council, is designed to support individuals to succeed in education and work, and to support small businesses to meet the skill needs of Preston's evolving economy. These Lunch and Learn Webinars are part of the free support available.

About the UKSPF

The UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) is a central pillar of the UK Government's Levelling Up agenda and provides £2.6 billion of funding for local investment by March 2025. The Fund aims to improve pride in place and increase life chances across the UK, investing in communities and place, supporting local business, people and skills.

The Government has allocated £5.2 million for investment in Preston.
